AI strategy for the middle market
AI ambition.
Meet action.
Find where AI can change the work. Get a prioritized roadmap and a working proof of the top idea. Then decide what to build.
The leadership question
Where does AI create
an advantage for us?
You may already own Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools. The harder question is which work should change, how the data connects, and who will make it happen.
Start with a strategy question, or bring an idea you want to build. We map the work, test the assumptions, and give your leadership team a sequence it can fund.
Inside a real engagement
A strategy you can
put to the test.
- 01.Dictate.
- 02.Review.
- 03.Confirm.
A person approves the record before it moves.

The conversation ends.
The information stays.
A brokerage desk needed a better way to capture what its people learned all day. During discovery, we built a working capture-and-review prototype, then mapped two paths to implementation.
Inside the engagementFrom point of view to progress
Think it through.
Then make it work.
Set the strategy.
Map the operation, rank the opportunities, and test the top idea with a lightweight proof of concept. Leave with a roadmap and business cases for the next decisions.
02.Build what matters.
Scope implementation against the priorities you choose. Agree the cost, dependencies, ownership, and human-review checkpoints before the build begins.
03.Keep moving forward.
Bring a senior team into the business to guide decisions, support adoption, and keep execution connected to the strategy.
Designed around your operation
Useful AI.
Clear boundaries.
Use what you own.
Review existing licenses and capabilities before adding another tool. Keep the CRM, ERP, or TMS as the system of record unless there is a deliberate reason to change it.
Keep people in control.
Define who initiates the action, who reviews it, and where approval happens. Customer-facing workflows include a documented human-review checkpoint.
Make ownership explicit.
Agree repository ownership, the hosting environment, and handover terms in writing. Identify any proprietary component before the build begins.
Name the dependencies.
Document data boundaries, access decisions, and blockers with owners. Your team remains responsible for deployment decisions; our work does not certify regulatory compliance.
Senior people. In the work.
Your thinking partner.
Your team
on the ground.
Prometheus brings together strategy, operations, CRM, and AI expertise. We learn the business, work with your leaders, and stay close to the people who will use what we build.
From strategy through implementation and adoption, we help your team turn a clear direction into everyday progress.
Meet the people behind the workA few good questions
Before the
first conversation.
What does the AI Strategy Engagement include?
A current-state map, a ranked opportunity set, build-versus-buy recommendations, one lightweight proof of concept, business cases for the top two or three initiatives, and a prioritized roadmap. Scope and fee are agreed before kickoff. Implementation is scoped separately.
Do we need an AI strategy before we call?
No. Start with a business question, bring an existing AI thesis, or come with a specific build in mind. Strategy work helps you choose a direction. A Requirements Scope helps you test and specify an idea you already want to pursue.
We already pay for AI tools. Why would we need you?
A license does not decide which workflow to change, connect the data, or help people adopt a new way of working. We examine the capability you already own before recommending another purchase.
Do we have to replace our CRM or ERP?
Our default is to keep your existing CRM, ERP, or TMS as the system of record. We map the integration points, access limits, and data gaps before recommending a change.
Who controls the data and the AI's actions?
We agree data boundaries with your team and use representative or anonymized material during strategy. Customer-facing workflows include a documented human-review checkpoint. Your team retains the decisions about access, approval, and deployment.
Can we take the work forward without Prometheus?
Yes. The roadmap is yours to act on. For builds, we put repository ownership, hosting, handover, and the conditions and timeline for migration in writing. Any proprietary component is identified up front.
