Brantley Davidson
Founder & CEO
Brantley founded Prometheus after 15 years at the intersection of technology and operations — from the analytics floor at ServiceMaster to leading a 30-person team at Wunderman Thompson to scaling a DTC brand from $9.7M to $16.8M as CEO. He’s implemented CRM and growth systems inside manufacturing, e-commerce, and operations-heavy businesses, and built Prometheus to be the firm he wished existed when he was inside those businesses. He leads client strategy, speaks on AI transformation for the middle market, and drives the research that defines the Prometheus point of view.

Shelby Stump
Sr. Account Manager
Shelby runs client operations at Prometheus — the person who makes sure the embedded model actually works week to week. Before Prometheus, she managed cross-functional marketing and technology launches at Wellaco, coordinating 10-person teams across four agencies while keeping product launches on timeline and budget. She holds an MBA from Mississippi State and is a certified HubSpot Trainer, which means she’s the one coaching client teams through CRM adoption and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Andrew Davidson
Sr. CRM Manager
Andrew came to Prometheus from BigCommerce, where he built and managed the revenue operations infrastructure that supported the company’s growth. He’s the person who turns messy processes into structured systems — documenting business requirements, designing workflow automations, and building the dashboards that let leadership make decisions from data instead of instinct. At Prometheus, he owns the operational backbone of every client engagement.

Wood Rodgers
AI Solutions Manager
Wood brings an unusual background to Prometheus — a PhD in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in computational linguistics. That means he understands how language models work at the research level, not just the product level. He’s worked on Apple’s ConnectED initiative deploying technology in underserved schools and has deep expertise in how humans actually interact with systems. At Prometheus, he leads the AI research that powers ForgeOS and ensures every automation we build accounts for how real teams actually communicate and operate.

Brantley Davidson started Prometheus because the firm he was describing to clients — the one that would embed a senior team inside their operation, learn the business, and actually build what works — didn’t exist.
He’s spent his career at the intersection of technology and operations: implementing CRM systems in companies that run physical things, building workflows for teams that move goods and manage crews and track jobs across hundreds of locations.
He knows what it looks like when a system gets adopted and when it doesn’t. When a pilot gets to production and when it dies in a spreadsheet. When a vendor is overpromising and when a COO is right to be skeptical.
